Basic Services in our independent living suites:

• Accommodation in your desired suite, including heat, hydro, and water
• Washer, dryer, fridge and stove in each suite
• Weekly housekeeping
• Daily breakfast
• Fifteen dinner meals per month in the dining room
• Use of all common areas in the complex, including the Fitness Centre, Foyer, Lounges, Hair Salon, Theatre, Activity Room, Library etc.
• Reserved parking space (if required)
• Leisure Living Program with active programs, speakers and special events
• Access to registered staff 24 hours a day (emergency situations)
• Evening security guard, sprinkler system with site monitoring, emergency back-up power
• Front desk access for packages and deliveries
• Wireless emergency security response system with 2-way voice communication
